1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website of S&H Auto Glass (https://normanautoglass.com) or requesting our mobile auto glass repair and replacement services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Mobile Service & Safe Drive-Away Time
S&H Auto Glass is a 100% mobile auto glass company. All installations are performed on-site at the customer's home, work, or requested vehicle location. For every windshield replacement, our technician will provide an explicit Safe Drive-Away Time (SDAT). For your safety, the vehicle must not be operated until the adhesive urethane has reached its certified cure strength.
3. Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind every installation with a lifetime warranty on workmanship and product defects for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty covers water leaks, air leaks, and defective molding. It does not cover new impact damage, rock chips occurring after installation, stress cracks from collision or vehicle frame twist, or vandalism.

When you submit a quote request, request an appointment, or contact S&H Auto Glass, you consent to receive transactional and informational text messages (SMS) related to your inquiry, estimate, appointment schedule, technician arrival updates, and invoice.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service interactions and active quotes.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent.

- Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Insurance Billing & Deductibles
If you authorize us to bill your comprehensive auto insurance carrier, you remain responsible for any applicable deductible as defined by your personal insurance policy. Coverage depends strictly on your individual insurance policy terms.
